Bow Wow Ringtones

Formerly known with the moniker 'Lil', Bow Wow was born in 1987 in Reynoldsburg in Ohio under his real name Shad Gregory Moss. A precocious talent behind a microphone, he came to the attention of the then Snoopy Doggy Dog who christened him Lil' Bow Wow and invited him to open his act on the tour he was in the middle of at the time.

The young Bow Wow hooked up with producer Jermaine Dupri who became his mentor and inspiration. In 2000 Bow Wow released his first album Beware Of Dog that was quickly followed by Doggy Bag, also produced by Dupri. Bow Wow left Dupri and his label in 2003 producing a more mature record for Columbia called Unleashed. June 2005 saw the release of his latest offering, back with his old producer the albums again reflects Bow Wow's obvious talents and sees him teaming up, amongst others, with his latest girlfriend Ciara.

In 2005 Bow Wow starred in his first movie. "Roll Bounce", a feel-good roller skate film received critical acclaim in it's own genre and the plan now is for him to star in his own TV series.

2006 sees the release of his second movie called The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift. Directed by Justin Lin, the film explores an American's experience in Japan with Bow Wow playing a character called Twinkie.
